No code changes. Remaining gate before the user migration can run: PR #45 needs Than's rebase.

The log confirms it end-to-end: /tmp/migrate_import3.log ends with Processed 111304 items (111304 created, 0 updated, 0 failed, 0 ignored) - done with 'd7_images_image_collection_membership' followed by the ALL_DONE_ROUND3 marker.

*image_agent shows Imported slightly over Total (111,345 vs 111,194) — cosmetic count drift, not a failure (0 failed, 0 message count).

Bottom line: everything that could run without real users has completed cleanly. The only non-clean item is the expected user-blocked partial, per the plan in the HANDOFF doc (PR #60) — next step is merging the user migration (#45) and re-running d7_images_collection_memberships.

I'll update memory to reflect this completion since the last snapshot only had it "still running."

All docs are in place. Here's the readiness picture for this week:

Ready: - The Images migration is fully done and verified clean (confirmed live moments ago) — nothing running, nothing waiting to be noticed. - All handoff docs are on main: the HANDOFF section in d11-dev-database-bootstrap-and-migration-source.md (with the numbered next-steps list, PR #60), howto-access-mandala-nodes.md, howto-long-running-jobs-on-dev-staging.md — everything needed to pick this up without Yuji. - kmassets:index-all/audit (HANDOFF step 1) is effectively a no-op right now — solr_master_url is still unset on dev-0, so there's nothing to index against yet. Not a blocker. - The -e MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATABASE=mandala_d7_images -e MIGRATE_USERS_DATABASE=mandala_d7_shared ad-hoc docker exec pattern is documented and I just re-verified it works live.

Not ready / still open — this is the actual work queued for them: - PR #45 (Than's user migration) is still in draft, unrebased. Yuji's review comment (2026-07-17) is sitting there asking for 5 specific changes (rebase onto main, drop the duplicate migrate_shared connection, use the already-merged migrate_users/MIGRATE_USERS_DATABASE mechanism instead, verify two data-shape assumptions against the real dump). This is expected — it's literally the task queued for Than this week, not a gap. - MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATABASE/MIGRATE_USERS_DATABASE are still not wired into dev-0's persistent container env — I checked terraform-infrastructure just now, nothing there. It was explicitly left undone because it wasn't safe to restart the container mid-migration. That constraint is gone now (migration's done), so this could be wired in properly before Than runs the user migration — worth doing, but not strictly blocking since the ad-hoc -e flags work fine.

Bottom line: infrastructure and docs are ready; the one real gate is PR #45 needing Than's rebase before the user migration can run, then the mechanical steps (run user migration → re-run d7_images_collection_memberships) follow directly. Nothing is broken or waiting on Yuji.

Yes — the HANDOFF section in docs/deferred/d11-dev-database-bootstrap-and-migration-source.md currently tells Than/Xiaoming a migration is "running on dev-0 right now, unattended" and walks through OOM/nightly-shutdown recovery scenarios. That's now stale — it's done. Worth updating so they don't waste time treating it as in-flight. Let me fix it.

I've updated the HANDOFF section to reflect that the migration is complete (was previously written as "running right now, unattended"), with the final per-migration table and a note that #45 is still draft. That's the one meaningful new thing to document from today.
